LPS’ 2015 Boettcher Scholar Finalists Sanjay Patil, Rick Ziezer, Hannah McDaniel and Kelly Dinneen.
Littleton Public Schools is pleased to announce and congratulate students Sanjay Patil (Arapahoe High School), Rick Zieser (Arapahoe High School), Hannah McDaniel (Heritage High School) and Kelly Dinneen (Littleton High School) who were named 2015 Boettcher Scholar Finalists. Both Patil and McDaniel were also named National Merit Finalists.
Since 1952, the Boettcher Foundation has been awarding merit-based scholarships to Colorado students. Annually, the program names 40 scholarship winners from a pool of more than 1,600 applicants. Recognizing some of the states most high-achieving students, it is a tremendous accomplishment for these high school seniors. It is also an honor for Littleton Public Schools that the 2015 Boettcher Scholar Finalists represent all three of the district’s high schools.
Superintendent Scott Murphy and the LPS Board of Education will recognize these students at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting on April 9, 2015.
