Heritage High School teacher Guy Warren was recently nominated for the Life Changer of the Year Award by National Life Group. Warren is described as an exceptional math teacher who reaches his students on an intellectual, civic and personal level. Warren has created a unique learning environment for students through conventional and creative teaching methods and is cherished by his students.
In his 17th year, Warren teaches Algebra I, Algebra II, Algebra II Honors and Calculus at Heritage. Prior to teaching, Warren was an environmental engineer for private consulting companies. He also sponsors Heritage’s Alpine Club, which he founded in 2000. The club has climbed more than 350,000 vertical feet over more than 150 trips, including summiting Quandry Peak.
