Heritage senior Grecia Portillo was recently surprised during her AP Government class when she was presented with the Colorado Parks and Recreation Teen Team Summit Scholarship that she may use at any post-secondary institution. Portillo is the president of the Englewood Youth Leadership Council and helps to coordinate various events and projects for the Englewood Recreation District. Robert Franklin from the CSU Extension Office presented the scholarship.
